The first floor terrace has a very low wall, making these two bedrooms unsuitable for children.

Patio doors in the living room lead out to a superb, covered terrace with an al fresco dining area which overlooks the beautiful 8x4 metre swimming pool. This is entered by roman steps and is surrounded by an extensive sun terrace with sun beds. A newly added cushioned chill out area with pool and sea views make an excellent spot to take in the stunning Ibiza sunsets whilst sipping a glass of chilled wine.
