Can Xicu is an historic 19th-century house which has been converted into an elegant and luxurious holiday home - with five bedrooms all with flat screen tvs, six bathrooms, extensive pretty gardens and a large pool with gorgeous views.
The main house has a large lounge and a dining room on the ground floor, a kitchen opening onto the terrace, a double bedroom and a family bathroom. On the first floor there's a second lounge, a terrace, an en-suite double bedroom and an en-suite twin room. Through a separate entrance at the side of the property you will find a further two en-suite bedrooms over two floors, with the added bonus of a second kitchen and a living room. This part of the villa also has an upper terrace area that allows entry in to the main house.
The gardens are totally private and full of colour. There are many terraces here, lots of garden furniture, a large pool with a separate children's area, and a smart poolside deck with a barbecue casita, and a pool shower-bathroom.
Can Xicu is a beautiful house in a gorgeous setting, surrounded by trees and hillsides.
